Phoenix Chapter History
A Legacy of Service in the Valley
Organized on March 17, 1952, by Dr. Anna Julian, the Phoenix Chapter of The Links, Incorporated officially chartered on March 22, 1952. Since its founding, the chapter has united accomplished women in friendship and service, working to improve the quality of life throughout the Greater Phoenix community through leadership, civic engagement, and meaningful partnerships.
For more than seven decades, the Phoenix Chapter has built on the vision of The Links, Incorporated by addressing the evolving needs of the communities it serves. Guided by a commitment to friendship, integrity, and service, the chapter continues to create lasting impact through educational initiatives, health and wellness programs, support for the arts, youth development, and international outreach.
Today, the Phoenix Chapter proudly carries forward the legacy established by its charter members, remaining steadfast in its mission to enrich lives, strengthen communities, and inspire future generations of leaders.
Charter Members
On March 22, 1952, eleven accomplished women became the original charter members of the Phoenix Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. United by a shared commitment to friendship and service, these pioneering women established the foundation upon which the chapter continues to grow.
