Tracye Burr
Program Chair
Tracye Burr serves as Program Chair of the Phoenix (AZ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, helping guide programs and initiatives that advance the organization’s mission and community impact. A graduate of The Links Leadership Academy, she brings a collaborative, people-centered approach to leadership and service.

Cheryl Pete
Services to Youth Co-Chair
Dr. Cheryl Elaine Pete serves as Services to Youth Chair of the Phoenix (AZ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, bringing more than 20 years of experience in education to her service. Her commitment to student achievement, lifelong learning, and servant leadership supports the chapter’s efforts to empower and inspire young people.

Traci Williams-Marks
Services to Youth Co-Chair
Traci Williams-Marks serves as Co-Chair of Services to Youth for the Phoenix (AZ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, bringing more than 20 years of experience in psychology, education, and community service. Her commitment to supporting children and families strengthens the chapter’s efforts to empower youth and promote their overall well-being.

Annette Davis
The Arts Co-Chair
Annette Davis serves as Chair of The Arts for the Phoenix (AZ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, continuing a legacy of service as a third-generation member inducted in 2014. Her commitment to the arts, leadership, and community engagement reflects her belief in being “Connected in Service.”

Health and Human Service Co-Chair
Sherry McFadden serves as National Trends and Services Co-Chair for the Phoenix (AZ) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, bringing more than 30 years of nonprofit and insurance leadership experience to advance programs addressing social and economic issues impacting the Black community.
